Today was not bad.
It's the first day of August! School starts soon, and I'll have less time to do other things. The heat should also pick up soon,
Anyways, today my family and I went shopping in the mall for new shoes. I bought a pair for running, and a pair for school. Then, we went to eat Italian food. We tried Stromboli, which was very good.
Then, we went home. I laid on the couch until it was time to get ready for Cross Country Conditioning today. Like always, we ran one mile as a warm up, did some leg exercises, and some stretches. Afterwards, we ran 2 miles as fast as possible, with a break in between. I ran them pretty well, but my side was cramping because I drank too much water. Then, we did a stretch to cool down, and I rode on my bike back home.
Overall, today was pretty eventful, which is a good start for August. Hopefully I become more productive, though!
