Today was a little tiring.
Today was the second-to-last day of Cross Country Tryouts. There were some new people at tryouts today. It was also REALLY hot today, it was almost 90 apparently! I've been forgetting to check the weather lately. Anyways, We did our regular workout, then we did a 30 minute easy run. I managed to finish 3 miles in 32 minutes, which is a new record for me!!! I was very happy when I saw my time. Normally, I don't feel like I want to throw up, but today I had that urge. Anyways, we just did a cooldown stretch and that was it.
Today I finished the flyer for the LionBots Recruitment! I think it looks pretty good, although it is a little cluttered.
