Today was pretty boring.
Today I finally beat one of my friends in chess! He was the one who got me into chess. The only reason I won was because he misclicked his queen, but I've never won against him before, so I'd still consider this to be a pretty big win for me. Normally I blunder important pieces!
The development of AI has been getting pretty interesting. I'm sure everyone has heard of Chat-GPT. It's pretty good at a lot of things! I was really surprised to find out that it doesn't just search the internet. It's sort of scary, because it really change how people do "work." It can write essays, reports, etc. In just a couple seconds. I find it certain that Chat-GPT will be the next thing that'll change humanity. It's going to automate a bunch of jobs, so the work force is going to change as well. Of course, I'll never use Chat-GPT for any of my blogs. I haven't even made an account!
My friends and family have been getting the Temu app. I've seen some of the ads. More specifically, the "JUST FOR 1.49$" ads. I've seen it work, everyone has gotten what they have purchased. Yet, I'm still suspicious of it. It's obvious that it works, and that it isn't a scam, but it raises the question, how are they selling for so low? How are they not bankrupt? Hopefully I'm not missing anything.
