July 18th, 2023: GMTK Game Jam 2023 Results, Good Deed, and Homework

Today was pretty good.

The GMTK Game Jam 2023 Results came out today!

I scored:

#437th in Creativity (4/5)

#1547 Overall (3.409/5)

#1799 in Enjoyment (3.136/5)

#2579 in Presentation (3.091/5)

Overall, I'm pretty proud with the results that ALGORITHM had in the game jam. I think they reflect how the game actually is. I might make a trailer for the jam version. There's like 5 minutes of gameplay, but that's the same as the rest of my games.

Anyways, later today, I also helped an old guy down the street start his lawn mower. He just didn't install the battery correctly. It feels good to help people.

I should probably finish my homework before trying to make the game trailer for ALGORITHM. I have a quiz due later tonight, which I should probably get started on.
