Today was OK.
Today's XC practice was cut short, it was just an hour long. First, we discussed about expectations about practice since only the Girl's Varsity Team and the top runner from our Boy's Varsity team qualified. Then, we did a slightly shortened warm-up, with a half mile run instead of a full mile run. Then, our coach shared a video on tying our shoes, where it was discovered that many of us did not have the proper XC running shoes. After that, we did a core workout, which was just some planks since we didn't have much time, and a 2 lap cool down. Afterwards, we did a stretch down, and practice was over.
Since practice was over earlier today, I was able to attend a small portion of the Robotics meeting. The programming team was doing some practice problems, with some guidance from the other team lead.
There isn't school tomorrow, so hopefully I have time to catch up on some assignments and go do a little bit of shopping!
