Today was good.
In the morning, my grandparents and I drove to San Francisco to see some of my grandparent's friends. We also gave them some fruits and presents. It had been a long time since we had gone to see them.
After that, my grandparents, auntie, and I went to eat Chinese food. It was very yummy. Then, I took a nap (because I had gone to sleep at 1AM the night prior, and I woke up at 8) while my grandparents went shopping. I woke up when they came back. Then, I proceeded to get up and get some homework done.
At 7AM, I went for a run. I did a 1 mile warm up, then I did some stretches and exercises at home. After that, I tried to break my 1 mile record again. I got a time of 6' 59"! I cut my time down by another 20 seconds. I'm very proud of myself for doing so, but I really want to improve my 5k time as well. After that, I just did a half mile cool down lap and went home.
