Today was good!
We had a Robotics Fundraiser today, but it didn't go too well. We had a lot more stock since we all went out and bought stuff, but today, people just didn't want to come and buy stuff. We did sell a lot of cookies since they were just 1$. I still have yet to count all of the money that we made, but I'll do that next morning.
In Cross Country practice, we prepared for our first race next Saturday. We basically did a mock race, where did a very small warm-up, with only a half mile and some basic exercises and stretches. Then, we ran a 5k. I ran it in 27' 36", so about 9 minutes per mile. I did lose a bit of time since I threw up right before the finish line, which ticked me off. Anyways, IM ON THE VARSITY TEAM!!!! I really hope I stay on it!!! I'll make sure to practice often to stay on the team!
