Today was fine.
In XC Practice, we were left alone. The coaches left, which led our assistant coach, Luka, to lead us. After our warm up, we did an ab workout. Afterwards, we ran sprints where the last person in the line had to run to the start, in a loop. Afterwards, Luka left, so we "did a free run to warm back up." Finally, when our coach came back, we did some frog jumps and lunges. Not a bad workout.
After that, I went to the robotics meeting to check up on progress. The programmers and electricians are doing well, wiring and programming. However, we've encountered a mechanical issue because the gearbox doesn't fit in place. We'll need to reassess tomorrow though. Hopefully we finish the robot by competition!
