Blogs haven't been updated in a while due to midterms 😢; will (hopefully) update everything by end of April!
Today was OK.
In XC Practice, we ran intervals. It was fine.
After practice I really wanted to finish writing another PIQ. Unfortunately, I just couldn't lock in and I ended up on my phone a lot. Really sucks!
