October 1st: Warm Weather, Robotics Meeting, and SAT Practice

Today could've been better.

It was even hotter than yesterday! Fortunately, XC Practice was cancelled in advance because of the heat advisory. Being outside made you uncomfortable in a matter of minutes.

After school, I attended a robotics meeting. It felt more organized and productive than the last ones, which I'm happy for. The electrical team focused on organizing their cabinet, the mechanical team worked on cart projects and robot improvements, and the programming team started learning Java. The newcomers also worked on their Mechanical M-Ayhem robot.

After the meeting, as well as after some procrastination, I finally did another SAT Practice exam. My score was basically what I got on my previous real exam. I'm saddened by this, but it gives me the opportunity to really hone in on what I missed and hopefully clear up any misconceptions I have. I'm really hoping to get the SAT over with!!!
