July 16th: DMV Visit and Southland Mall

Today was cool.

In the morning, I got to the DMV. The line wasn't too bad, fortunately I was able to get in line virtually. First, I got my ID fixed. My name on my ID was misspelled which is obviously a big problem. Fortunately, getting it fixed wasn't too bad of a problem; didn't even have to pay anything! I also got to retake my photo, this time with combed hair, which I'm glad of.

Then, I got back in line for my permit test. While I waited around, I went to the local Mexican supermarket for breakfast. I bought a concha and some chocolate milk. After waiting for around 2 hours, my number was finally called up. The process was easy, and after doing the test and missing a minimal amount of questions, I got my permit, which I was so happy to get! I was literally smiling out of the building; probably one of the few that actually smile walking out of the DMV.

After lunch and getting back home, I went to Southland Mall with someone special to me. We walked around, got some clothes, and got some pretzel bits and drinks. They were surprisingly very yummy.
