June 8th: Matthew's Birthday Party!

Today was nice.

We celebrated my friend Matthew's birthday party. We surprised him with silly string. The alibi was that it was a baby shower.

Unfortunately, I was still feeling a bit under the weather with the food poisoning from yesterday, so I limited myself to just some vegetables and some fruits at the party.

We did the Jelly Belly Beanboozle challenge. I was fortunate to have some pleasant surprises, but the not-so-pleasant surprises were horrible.

There was also a piñata! It was a decorated cardboard box. It was tough to break down, but in the end all of the candy and goodies fell out. I didn't collect any candy, on account of the food poisoning.

On my bike ride home, my bike tire popped. It was the most significant pop I had seen ever, the inner tube popped out of the rim! Hopefully I can still repair it.

My day after that was lethargic since I was tired after pushing my bike for so long.
