Today wasn't the best but I wouldn't exactly call it bad.
For the third day in a row, can anyone guess what I had today? Yep, Brown's, again! Today, I had the seared chicken breast with honey sriracha with garlic fries and the seasonal green salad. I loved their garlic fries, it was so flavorful! The chicken breast was also a sizable portion, and the honey sriracha had a good flavor and spice level to it.
I've tried everything from Brown's at this point. My top protein is the tri-tip, and my top side is the garlic fries. The vegetable medley is a strong, reliable side that I enjoy regardless of everything. The salmon is good, but not the most tender. The chicken is fine. I feel like the lemon pepper aioli goes with the salmon, the chimichurri goes with the tri-tip, and the honey sriracha goes with the chicken, but I should probably try all of the combinations before stating that. The lemon pepper aioli is a bit thick so I think it would go well with the fries, but so does the honey sriracha. When I got the heriloom grains I thought that the grains were dry and not cooked properly, some grains were particularly inedible and downright hard. The brown rice is regular brown rice, and I feel like it sorta goes with everything fine. The seasonal green salad was fine, and I appreciated raw leafy greens, but so much of the salad space was just air, so I finished it quickly: it wasn't a large portion.
Okay, that was enough yapping about how much I love Brown's. After lunch, I went to work. It was a bit more work today. I had a training, and later, I had to help out with some setting up.
Throughout the day, I was glad to have done some homework that I had to get done as well as some light studying later.
Thanks for reading,
