October 9th: Poker @ Berkeley Fall Tournament!

Today was different!

During work, I played in the Poker @ Berkeley Fall Tournament. It had been a really long while since I last played Poker, and I didn't get a chance to refresh my skills.

At first, I wasn't playing it very risky; I still had maybe 900 dollars out of my starting 1000. Then, I got a straight, so I started betting a lot. However, at the end, the other fellow had a higher straight, so I ended up losing like 700 bucks. After that, the higher and higher blinds ate away at my money until I lost everything.

Oh well! I know I'm not that good at Poker, and it was a bit fun to play during work.
