Today was fun!
In the morning, after waking up a bit later than I wanted to, I got ready to go meet with someone special to me to go to the Bay Area Maker Faire. Unfortunately, the BART was doing maintenance, so there were no trains out of Berkeley! Fortunately, there was one train heading to MacArthur which was PACKED! Once I got the MacArthur I got on the red line to get to San Francisco.
After we met up at San Francisco, we went onto a Ferry! It was my first time on a Ferry, and it was pretty nice. Nothing really special, but being able to step outside and see the ocean was nice. It was like an elevated plane experience.
Once we got to Vallejo, we went into the Maker Faire. It was jam packed with so many cool things! After walking around everywhere and seeing all of the cool inventions, robots, code experiments, and art, as well as a magic show, we ate a really, really expensive lunch. Like, $60 for a hamburger, some "shrimp ceviche," and 2 watered down lemonades. Extremely not worth it. It got the job done though.
Then, we went back home to get lit after we saw everything that the maker faire had to offer by ferry and bart.
